These terms apply whenever you use baccarat-instructions.com ("the site", "we", "us"). They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@baccarat-instructions.com.

1. Who may use the site

   You must be 18 or over. The site is written for people in the United Kingdom. By confirming your age when you arrive, you tell us that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please leave the site.

2. What the site is

   Baccarat Instructions is a free social casino and learning site. It teaches the rules of punto banco and lets you practise with virtual coins. It does not offer real-money gambling of any kind, and it is not connected to any casino or gambling operator.

3. Virtual coins

   Coins exist only to make practice meaningful. They have no monetary value and are not cryptocurrency or any other kind of digital asset. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person, exchanged for goods or services, or withdrawn. Nothing you do on the site can earn a prize of real-world value.

   You start with 1,000 coins. You may claim a free top-up of 500 coins once every 24 hours, and the site refills your balance automatically if it falls below the smallest stake, so that you can keep practising. Your balance is stored in your own browser. If you clear your browser data, change browser or device, or sign out, your balance is lost and cannot be restored by us. We may adjust how coins work at any time.

4. Your nickname

   Your nickname is only shown to you, on your own device. Please still choose something that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone else.

5. Fair use

   Please do not try to break, overload or interfere with the site, copy large parts of it for republication, or use it for anything unlawful. Tinkering with the coin balance stored in your own browser is possible, but pointless: coins have no value.

6. Our content

   The text, illustrations, design and code of the site belong to Baccarat Instructions. You are welcome to read, print and share links to any page for your own non-commercial use. Short quotations are fine if you credit and link to the source.

7. Accuracy and outcomes

   We work hard to make sure the rules and figures on the site are correct, and we will fix any error you point out. Casino rules can vary, so always check the rules displayed at any real table. Results at our practice games come from a randomly shuffled virtual shoe; they do not predict and cannot influence any real game.

8. Availability and responsibility

   The site is provided free of charge and as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from your use of the site, including any decision you make to gamble elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

   If you feel that playing, here or anywhere else, is affecting your life, please read our play responsibly page and stop using the site.

10. Changes and law

    We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
