Cookies and browser storage
Last updated 31 October 2026
Baccarat Instructions does not set any cookies, ours or anybody else's. That is why you will not see a cookie banner asking you to accept tracking.
The one thing we do store
The games need to remember a few things between visits, such as your coin balance. Instead of a cookie, which would be sent to our server with every page request, the site uses your browser's local storage, which stays on your device.
| Name | Type | What it holds | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
bi.ledger |
Local storage | Your age confirmation, nickname, virtual coin balance, join date, time of your last daily top-up, best drill streak and whether you have dismissed the storage message. | Until you sign out or clear site data |
This storage is strictly necessary for the service you ask for, which is playing the practice games, so the law does not require us to ask for consent before using it. It is never used for advertising or tracking, and it is never sent to us.
Removing it
Open your purse from the header and choose Sign out and clear this browser. That removes your nickname and coins; we keep only your age answer so you are not asked again. To remove everything, clear the site data for baccarat-instructions.com in your browser's privacy settings. In most browsers you will find this under Settings, then Privacy, then Site data.
If this changes
If we ever need a cookie, we will list it here first and, where the law requires, ask for your agreement before setting it.
