Privacy notice
Last updated 31 October 2026
The short version: we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details, we run no analytics or advertising, and the little the site remembers about you stays in your own browser.
-
Who is responsible
This notice covers the website Baccarat Instructions at baccarat-instructions.com. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@baccarat-instructions.com.

What stays in your browser
To make the practice games work, the site saves one entry in your browser's local storage, named
bi.ledger. It holds your answer to the age question, the nickname you chose, your virtual coin balance, when you joined and last claimed a daily top-up, your best drill streak, and whether you have dismissed the storage message. This information never leaves your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it. You can remove it at any time by signing out from your purse in the header or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
-
Server logs
Like almost every website, the site is hosted on a web server that automatically records basic technical details of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser type and the referring page. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for security, to diagnose faults and to prevent abuse, and are deleted on a routine schedule, normally within a few weeks. We do not combine them with any other data or use them to build a profile of you.
Our lawful basis for these logs under the UK GDPR is legitimate interests: keeping the site secure and working.
-
What we do not do
We do not set cookies, use analytics, embed social media widgets, run advertising, or load fonts or scripts from other companies. We do not sell or share personal data. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply, and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed.
-
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. In practice, the only personal data we could hold is in server logs or in emails you send us. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
-
Children
The site is for adults aged 18 and over and is not designed for, or aimed at, children.
